Students in this program will be given the opportunity to translate Torah ideas into practice through a chesed network which will provide almost unlimited opportunities in community service.  On a regular basis, students will tutor and mentor local youth, serve as big brothers for local underprivileged youth, pick fruit and work in the fields and warehouses for food rescue and recycling, pack and distribute food parcels for needy families, visit hospitals, prepare care packages for soldiers, work with victims of terror and participate in an array of volunteer opportunities. 

Our partners include:

Lema'an Achai – A renowned charitable and social services organization based in Ramat Bet Shemesh with numerous programs to assit hundreds of families.  There are an abundance of volunteer options including building Sukkot for single mothers, collecting and distributing charity money, and assisting in the main office.

Magen David Adom  - This distinguished organization comes to the Reishit campus to provide an EMT Training Course.  Reishit students graduate this advanced Emergency Medical Service training course and then volunteer on ambulance shifts with the local MDA corps and in answering first response emergency calls.
