The focus of the Torah study program will be skills and gaining clear reasons and understandings regarding Jewish law and philosophy.  A curriculum has been designed to teach students how to learn Gemara and other central texts on their own.  Emphasis is placed on accuracy in translating, the function of key words, and truly understanding the texts.  The unique combination of class and chavruta study in pairs creates an environment of active learning which will enhance the success and enjoyment of the learning.
